I spent my first month on roach patrol. one of my showers drips cold runoff from the AC into the shower. My AC went out for nearly 2 weeks. A water line busted flooding my apts carpet. One of my toilets has been busted almost 2 weeks. The fire alarm went off randomly for over an hr w no response. Ive never had this many issues w an apt with such sluggish response times.
RecommendedEncore has beautiful apartments and great management. Their apartments are spacious and have a great layout compared to most other apartments. Their management is responsive through email and phone. Love it!
This is such a beautiful community with the most welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff! I have been looking to transfer to this property when my lease term is up at my current place and I spoke with the Amanda’s. They were so patient and welcoming !! I have a 3 1/2 year old little girl and they worked so well with us. The apartments themselves are amazing and the pool far exceeded my expectations (we love swimming). I will not pay $50 a month for Cover parking anymore. Other people without cover parking permit keep parking in my spot or parking so close to my spot. They don't even have the parking permit. This happen every night in C41-C50. I contacted you guys through email and did not receive a response or any action.
Courtesy officer refuses to do her job. tenants party all night she wont make them be quiet. and she terrible at making sure people park where they not taking up multiple spots
