I'm a local subcontractor just starting to work with Encore. They are very professional, the office is beautiful, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating.
If timely responsiveness means anything stay away from this outfit. I contacted Encore seeking a proposal on a six figure renovation project. I provided an overview of my project and was told I would hear back from them within 24 hours. Impressive right? NOT. They never contacted me even after I emailed the person I spoke with in the office.
