Working with the Encore team was a pleasure from initial design to finish. The project came in on budget and time. Luke, who was project manager, kept me up to date weekly on the progress and went out of his way to help me since I live in Philadelphia. It was great knowing my property was in such good care and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I recently had Encore Construction add a 2 car garage and farmers porch to our house on Cape Cod. From the permitting process with the town of Dennis to the final cleanup, working with them was in a word outstanding. Every person I dealt with was responsive, professional and interested. We had Encore build a sunroom this year for us and are very pleased with the result. They were responsive, showed great attention to detail and quality workmanship.The subs were pleasant and professional. Pricing was fair and overall it was a very positive experience.

Got a quote after 2 plus weeks to make my tub a stand up shower and remove a wall in the kitchen. $50k seemed ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
