Awful. The person there that day was Jill. I walked in and she doesn’t acknowledge me. Her head is down and I’m standing there. She finally picks her head up and looks right at me and says nothing. So, I being from a very friendly town in Frederick, Md said “no hello,or welcome how can I help you?” Nothing. She looks at me says nothing and puts her head back down and continued doing whatever she was doing. I have never in my life experienced such outright rudeness from a place of business.
