If your garage is not done properly, they will not fix it and will avoid you at all cost. Our flooring looks terrible!!! To start with, our house is brand new, our garage shouldve been an easy garage to work with. After mulitple reschedulings due to weather, staffing etc, work began. I am pleased with the outcome of my garage floors. How impressive the coating makes my floor appear. Homer the salesman was very friendly and explained the process in detail. Homer was able to accommodate me with the dates to begin the work.. Dwight and Alban did a magnificent job with the floors. They also did a thorough clean up of the area after completing the project. I had an addition added to my existing garage and wanted to get the floor coated. The entire Team at Encore Concrete Coatings did an excellent job throughout the whole process and my garage floor looks great. Scheduling an appointment was easy and straightforward. I plan to call you. When they grinder my floor they grinded my floor and the epoxy and sealer is not level in at least two spot. These spots hold a puddle, after calling about the entering the slab. Left two messages. They called back one hour after the post update. I’ll let you know how the warranty work goes
