We have a number of issues with the project (visibly uneven, bubbles and humps in the flooring, and a complete mess to contend with). We reached out to our contact who said he would let “service” know, and we have heard absolutely nothing in response. Huge price tag, mediocre quality at best.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tragically, my father passed away and was unable to move forward with the project. I called for a refund and the first person told me he NEVER put a deposit. Fast forward a month later, I was checking on something else and found a deposit was indeed PAID. I immediately called back and left over 10 messages for the manager and owner over a three week span and finally received ONLY one phone call. I asked for the total deposit refund and they REFUSED. Robert, Oscar and Luis were all professional and provided me with a great experience. The installers, Oscar and Luis took their time and made sure I was satisfied along the way. Floor turned out great.. looks great and super easy to clean.

Man when I tell you sometimes you really have to trust reviews . Encore Concrete Coating trying to rip people off. After have my floor door. The apron need to be finished. I decided to change the color of the unfinished apron. Arianna called me spoke with me said she will look into it and give me a call back because she didn't want to give me the wrong info. She calls me back we make a agreement set the date and price. Then I received this text. Smh When I tell you trust your instinct and go with someone else.
