We order from Encore at my place of work and I can not say ENOUGH great things about the entire experience. The food is obviously the most important in terms of catering but Encore delivers so much more than just quality food. The employees truly care. Each and every one of them! Whether they are setting up or cleaning up, the service is just impeccable. I have standards i didn't have prior to my experiences with Encore Catering, they are that good and detailed. I cannot speak more highly of Encore catering - 5 stars is just not enough! Encore catering did our rescheduled wedding in a backyard August 2021 and from the initial email, Sandy was fantastic to work with! She was warm, responsive, provided great recommendations, and was very patient as we made a number of changes! She even came out for a site visit which really made us feel comfortable! Susan at Encore helped us plan for our 100-guest wedding at 18Label Studios in Montclair, NJ. Encore is very familiar with the venue which made the day-of service seamless. Every single member of the staff was kind, attentive and professional. We loved our bridal party attendant Pam, she took such good care of us all night long. I work for a nonprofit that recently hosted a special event at the Morris Museum and for the second year in a row, used Encore Catering for our dining, set-up and bartending needs. This is our 3rd time we've hired Encore Catering for our staff party for a group of around 70 guests. They came to our home and assessed the site, planned the various stations for service perfectly. The butler served hors d'oeuvres were phenomenal, so thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The pasta was wonderful, the New York steak station, the quality of the meat was very good.
