This is our 3rd time we've hired Encore Catering for our staff party for a group of around 70 guests. They came to our home and assessed the site, planned the various stations for service perfectly. The butler served hors d'oeuvres were phenomenal, so thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The pasta was wonderful, the New York steak station, the quality of the meat was very good. I cannot say enough good things about Encore Catering! They catered a for me last weekend for 140 guests and were a complete pleasure to work with. The food was incredible (I am still getting notes from guests about it), and the staff could not have been better. They were highly organized, efficient, and generous. I will be hiring them again!
We order from Encore at my place of work and I can not say ENOUGH great things about the entire experience. The food is obviously the most important in terms of catering but Encore delivers so much more than just quality food. The employees truly care. Each and every one of them! Granddaughter recieved a complete Thanksgiving meal from her school. All I can say is the food was delicious!! Turkey was very moist,stuffing was just as good,mashed potatoes were perfect texture and the gravy was also delicious. Everything was well seasoned. I'm definitely thinking about using this company for my next catered meal. Chefs kiss!!
We recently held a fundraising gala using Encore Catering. Not only did they take care of the food but also the various rentals we needed. It made it so much easier for us. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We had a few particular food requests which they were able to accommodate. Susan Silberman was a pleasure to work with. A wealth of knowledge and resources. Encore Catering was outstanding in every aspect.
