I had my daughter's bat mitzvah on April 26, 2026 and everything was amazing! We had a choice of Shortrib and fish and both were absolutely delicious. The Shortrib was very soft and the fish was very flavourable. I got an excellent feedback from my guests. It was also very easy to work with David. He was very nice and always available to answer any questions. Will defiantly work with them again. Giving their services 10/10
Encore Catering was fantastic. The food was amazing, and our guests enjoyed everything immensely. The stations were beautifully done, the amount of food was perfect, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff worked diligently to make sure allergies and dietary needs were handled carefully, which we really appreciated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our guests were happy. They helped make the event feel effortless and special, thank you!
We all thoroughly enjoyed our delicious Passover items - LOVED the Sesame Chicken Schnitzel and truly enjoyed the phenomenal Frozen Lemon Cake and Matzo S’mores Brownies. We are looking forward to our summer weekend catering orders that we love to take north to the lake… delicious and time saving for everyone. Thank you.
We recently held a themed birthday party at our home. Encore Catering created a menu that not only enhanced our theme, but also complemented the casual and intimate setting of the party. The chefs created delicious food, and the staff were professional and attentive.
I used encore for two major milestone events this past year and was truly blown away! Not only was the food delicious the staff and owner were beyond a pleasure to deal with. All in all a 10/10 positive amazing experience. Highly recommend!
