We just got married May 2025 and I would NOT book with this company or share it with others looking for a local catering team. It’s really unfortunate to write that because, at the start, we were genuinely impressed. The team was responsive, the tasting was excellent, and everything seemed well-organized in the lead-up to our big day. My mother-in-law, Lois, used Encore to cater a spectacular lunch for our wedding and it was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff paid excellent attention to detail. Carey and Rebecca were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the planning process. 5/5 would recommend!
Encore Catering has been a significant part of the success of our annual fundraising event since 2022. They have consistently met high expectations of delicious food and service, and then go well above and beyond with creating unique menus that align with our changing annual theme including thoughtful presentation and fresh flavours! We the pleasure of working with Encore Catering for our wedding in November. The food served at our wedding was very important to my husband and I. David and the team were very flexible and practical, open to hearing our ideas for dishes and providing their expertise on what could work and what would not. In the end, they worked with us to create a steak frites entree, which our friends and family are still talking about! Thank you to the Encore team for making our wedding so special!
