We use encore catering for alot of our events! We recently had them at Madison Greenhouse for a clients wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice for our client. They took care of everything from apps, to a full seated dinner, to a full service bar - I couldn't imagine the day without them! We couldn’t have been happier with Encore Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely outstanding - the beef short rib especially was to die for and became the clear guest favorite. We had people coming up to us all night (and still months later) saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding and something they’ll never forget.
