Encore was here two days ago. They were extremely professional and did a great job on my three bedrooms. In addition, the service wasn't expensive and the technician was helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Wow! My carpet looks, smells, and even feels amazing! Ian was able to remove some pet stains and add a special rinse to remove residual cleaners I had tried on my own. I highly recommend this business! I especially like that the owner does the work, he really cares!

Encore Carpet Clean offers a professional, top notch cleaning service. They actually answered their phone during their business hours (the other companies I called did not). We booked an appointment for four business days later. Ian arrived a few minutes early and got right down to business. He was in and out in 45 minutes. Our three older wool area rugs look fantastic again, and the new synthetic rugs show no trace of the terrible accident our dog had on them last week. The price was reasonable too.
