Should have just sprayed it with a hose myself, as it didn't clean my car all that well
Today, I chose Royale Car Wash for a wash. Everything started off well until we heard a strange noise before the dryer. When I came out, I noticed that the shark fin antenna cover on my car was broken. I reported the issue to the manager, who was a nice man and listened to my concerns. He informed me that their policy does not cover damage to antennas, and mentioned that my car is a 2015 model. It was indeed strange to see how the antenna cover had broken
new facility, looks great, but not recommended. we have 2 suv, one has chip on window shield, one has crack on one rear light cover. after washing, chip turned to long crack, light cover got broken. I have to replace the whole window shield. so I think they need adjust their system to make it more gentle. both of my cars had washes before at other stations and they were fine.
Very poor wash. After the wash the entire top of my car was still dirty.
