I arrived in a pickup truck; when I approached the wash bay, the attendant wouldn't let me enter because I had a jack weighing about 27 kg (60 lbs) in the cargo bed. I had to take it out and move it to the seats in the cabin. The attendant was standing right there while I was paying at the kiosk—he could have warned me beforehand instead of waiting until I was already inside the bay. Also, I could easily have tripped over the internal rails on the slippery surface. Another major issue.

I went here based solely on the reviews. My truck was not covered in mud or anything, just the first wash after the week of rain we had, so more road grime and that sort of thing. What a let down. I bought the $25 wash. First a pain in the butt to even pay for the damn thing. After the wash, my truck was still dirty. Every window was still dirty on the back 2 inches. Always a reliable spot! Clean location and the vacuums actually work great without being clogged up like other washes. Great service overall—just hope they add a few more detailed self-serve amenities in the future!

I like this car wash and I have the monthly pass but just FYI, last week there was a new kid I jabemt seen before amd he directed me in, I went through but it stopped at the end by the dryers. I sat under the dryer for a little over 2 minutes. No one else was in the wash. It just stopped. I was beeping to let ot go but the 2 kids working, were outside noy paying attention. I didnt start moving until another car came through. That's not ok with me. What if I was having an emergency? They need to pay attention
