Love this car wash. Only complaint is that your website says washes are unlimited especially on top tier. It isn't. I came back as birds decided to do target practice on my car. They wouldn't let me go thru second time in a day. That's not unlimited. Other car washes guarantee the wash so you can come back if car gets dirty within the day. Either change the website or live up to what it says!! Oh. And you guys never contact anyone back. Bad for business!!

Encore car Wash gets my car clean. They fall short on answering the phone which is part of customer service. I called four different locations and they all went to voicemail and a couple of them sounded like the same voice. I just had a simple question that I needed answering. But no one picks up at any of the locations that I called.
