We bought a corporate broadcast studio for our business from Encore Broadcast Solutions for our podcast marketing show. The design services were fantastic, very quick. We had no idea how important acoustic treatments were until we were shown how they work. We love the way the studio sounds now, much better. The cameras are great, video switching easy to use and learn. They choose all the right stuff for our budget, installed it and trained us. A fantastic experience.

It's not often that I need TV equipment anymore, but when I do Martin at Encore is always the first person I call. It's been at least 20 years since he's been helping me out and he's never once let me down. Thank you!

I work in the spa next door to this company, and occasionally have to use Encore's parking lot. Despite having a parking pass on my dash from the owner of Encore, they still had my car towed within 10 minutes of me entering work.

I've used Encore Broadcast Solutions over many years to provide professional video and audio equipment for organizations I've either worked for or have provided consulting services for. Encore has consistently come through every time providing outstanding service and support. The company, staff and sales people warrant my highest recommendation. (The bizarre complaints about towing are truly ludicrous, and are just an indictment against the complainers who fail to respect the parking restrictions.)

What everyone else said. Notice how the only good reviews are from employees or family members. Not an actual business. They have tow trucks on standby to tow people within 2 minutes. Then they violate FSS 107.15 (refusal to release car for statutorily-required amount). Meaning, they're illegally over-charging people to get their cars back. And split the profit with the tow truck drivers.
