Enjoyed our stay at Encore immensely, perfect location close to beach and casino. Loved our luxury room with ocean views, special thanks to Dan for making our stay perfect , we look forward to our next visit.

I’m honestly shocked at the condition of this place. The level of dust and dirt everywhere is unacceptable, especially for accommodation that people pay good money for. The cleaning team seems to have zero efficiency and it’s very clear management doesn’t care about the standard of cleaning or maintenance at all. There was thick dust on fixtures, dirt built up around vents, and areas that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a very long time.
