if i could give them 10000 stars i would!!!! i called around 20+ different mechanics in the valley to close my lincoln’s sunroof and they either didn’t do lincoln’s or sunroofs. then i went to two different mechanics and both couldn’t do it. i got quoted multiple times for like 200+ to just CLOSE my sunroof! not even fix it completely. these people closed it for $95 AND offered to completely fix it for $300, meanwhile other dealerships quoted me $4000?!??! these people are EXTREMELY authentic, i will be recommending them to ... read more
Always excellent vehicle service, along with superb customer service.
I found this place by accident, a totally lucky accident! This was my first experience with a garage where I actually felt like the technician who worked with me cared about not only the quality of work but he was actually concerned about my final cost for everything. I will only be using Encore for all of my automotive needs in the future
