Nice new apartments built for senior living (Encore calls them "active adult residences"). I noticed a few nice things about the apartment and surrounding area on a recent visit to see my family who moved in recently. The apartments include Amana brand appliances. At least one of the layouts features a large roll-in shower with grab bars, and a fold-down bench seat is bolted to the wall (senior friendly and accessible). Neighbors are quiet and friendly.
