Update::: The incrediblely rude receptionist finally quit months ago( maybe a year)and the apartments are under new management. The new receptionist is kind and just a nice person. They still make guests do a parking pass online, but I think the hours are for overnight parking. My in-laws really like living here and with the new management I enjoy visiting. Fresh paint and attentive staff
I just moved in last week, and so far, I Love it here!! Everyone is So friendly! especially the leasing agents, Mark and Fabiola!!
Where do I start? No communication from staff. They never answer the phone, and are in meetings a lot of the time so we can't catch them in the office. Renovations have been going on for more than 2 months, and they're loud. As someone else mentioned, there are lots of random homeless people roaming the complex. Lots of younger adults staying with older relatives. Even little kids have moved in. People who don't live here parking behind the gates in spots that aren't supposed to be parked in. Not a good place. Folks smoking in the hallways. Squatters, sketchy homeless people showing up at all hours, drugs. Really went downhill fast. Allow me to translate your response: "We’re so sorry to hear this! Please call us so we can ignore it properly this time."
