Update::: The incrediblely rude receptionist finally quit months ago( maybe a year)and the apartments are under new management. The new receptionist is kind and just a nice person. They still make guests do a parking pass online, but I think the hours are for overnight parking. My in-laws really like living here and with the new management I enjoy visiting. I'm changing from 1 star to five stars because the new management is keeping up the property and not making it impossible for families and friends to visit. The staff hor... read more
