I’ve lived here 9 years. If I ever had a problem it was repaired quickly. They are under new management. They are making lots of improvements
I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The community is generally quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe, which has made it a comfortable place to call home. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff has always been professional and respectful when I’ve interacted with them.

My Uncle lived at Encore at Buckingham until his passing. Mark Kolb the manager and the young ladies in the office were wonderful. They were kind and so very helpful with all of our many questions. Thery were also very patient with us, as we had an incredibly difficult time finding anyone to help us sell his estate. Finally with a few weeks to spare we were out and cleaned our Uncle's apartment. I could not have asked for any more kindness and cooperation than we received. May the Lord truly bless each of you!
