I must say this has been the absolute worst apartment I've lived in since selling my house in 2015!! I lived here for only one year and during that time, I was rarely able to speak with a live person in the office even if it was an emergency. They had no way to request service on their resident portal and even if the phone prompt says it's an emergency, I could not speak to a live person. Just want to add a few things since last year : Transformer blew out leaving the elderly in a heated apartment during the summer. Gates don’t work NOR DOES THE ELEVATOR. This is a senior living. A working elevator during this time is REQUIRED and NECESSARY. Annette at the front desk has lost all human decency and knowledge on how to respond to tenants/ treat them. 2.
