We are very happy here. My husband's mother and brother live in the same building as we do and it is so convenient. I was worried when Encore was sold. It was difficult at first with changes but Mark the manager was always willing to explain why changes happened. The hottub hadn't worked before the the apartments were sold but it works great now!
