Where do I start? No communication from staff. They never answer the phone, and are in meetings a lot of the time so we can't catch them in the office. Renovations have been going on for more than 2 months, and they're loud. As someone else mentioned, there are lots of random homeless people roaming the complex. Not a good place. Folks smoking in the hallways. Squatters, sketchy homeless people showing up at all hours, drugs. Really went downhill fast. Allow me to translate your response: "We’re so sorry to hear this! Please call us so we can ignore it properly this time."

Why is the pool always locked? Hours say daily 10 AM-10 PM yet it’s noon on Sunday and all gates are locked with no notices. Folks smoking in the halls isn’t a nice smell neither is the evaluator reeking. I just want to visit my mother and enjoy the nice weather.
