AC was not cooling and once requested problem was solved within a couple of hours.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Mark (The manager), Fabiola, and Michelle from the current management team. They’ve been incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond for residents. Whether it’s ongoing renovations, cleanliness, or daily needs, they are consistently attentive. Their support has truly made a difference, and I appreciate all they’ve done for us.
owners dont care about residents . Long term residents . this is a Senior apt complex and yet had dwindled with ammenities . The owners seem to not care and doesnt listen to the Management here that know us and situations. It would be nice to be noticed and helped by the owners . Laundry rooms availability is 2 building for one laundry room with 2 small machines that are broken more offen then not.. Owners put in a Dog Spa removing a laundry room completely.
