Having been a resident for a few years, I have had no issues getting maintenance work orders completed on time. For my most recent request, Tom was very prompt on his response and very mindful of our time and availability. He was nice enough to come back later in the day since when he first arrived our infant was about to have a nap.

For my most recent request, Tom was very prompt on his response and very mindful of our time and availability. He was nice enough to come back later in the day since when he first arrived our infant was about to have a nap.
It's the little things that matter. The maintenance crew at Avalon Bay Lowry is quick to respond, get things done right and they are very pleasant to work with. Shoutout to Erin for persistence. We thought getting a stopper for our sink would be simple and yet none of them worked. Erin did not give up and made multiple trips to get the right size. Now our baby granddaughter can enjoy a bath when she visits! A great example that every request is a priority.
