Encore at Avalon Park has been wonderful to work with. The facility itself is bright, cheerful, clean, and secure. They have treated my mom, who is in the Memory Care Unit, with dignity and respect and have addressed any concerns that I have had. The staff is friendly and caring. Food is good. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa for my mom’s admission. Melissa is very patient and caring. I found it easy to talk with her about my concerns related to my mom’s care. My mom has some special health care needs that not all facilities are able to accommodate. With Melissa’s guidance, I was able to make the decision for move-in to Encore’s memory care unit. In processing was easy, place is immaculate, staff is great, especially Melissa. Highly recommended.
Moved my dad in almost two months ago because he needed more accommodations than could be offered where he was prior. Suzy and Melissa were more than welcoming with open arms to help him move in and thrive. I am glad he is safe, happy, loves his own apartment and has a good staff looking after him. Thank you!
