Lived here for a few months and I always use their gym amenities. One day I came in and the workout bench was broken. I went to the office to let them know it was busted but it wasn’t any rush because I could work out without it. The maintenance team still came out immediately and fixed it. It took maybe 20 minutes from work order to completion. Their maintenance teams stays on top of it
Such a cute community on 281 north. Great area and the three bedroom floorplans are super nice and modern!! They also come with a full size washer/Dryer. Pet friendly with a dog park! Also garages and covered parking are available to rent. Check the community out, you will not be disappointed! GREAT staff too!
Place is not that good for the rent they charge. They don’t enforce people picking up after there dogs and trash is out of control. They really need to change the trash system. Also, people just parked where ever they want blocking other residents. Got like 6 more months in this dump before moving out can’t wait.🦾
