I called and ordered a floral basket for a memorial service. Salesperson helpful and when seeing the basket at the service it was beautiful. It was just what I was thinking of. I was very pleased.
I did an order online for next day delivery. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement. I like how I got an update when the flowers were delivered. No complaints here!
I had to plan a funeral for the first time and I can say I was highly disappointed with Encore. I arrived to my sister‘s funeral, her flower arrangement was not there even though we paid $600 Two days prior. I turned down an independent Florist and went with what I thought was a better choice only to end up Disappointed.
I am from Burlington NJ, but work in Ewing.... I called Encore today to order flowers for my co-worker. From the minute they picked up the phone the service was AMAZING !!!! AND THE FLOWERS WERE PERFECTION. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.i asked for certain colors , certain flowers and they did not disappoint. I will definitely be using them again. Thank You very much
