what a gem and the employees know their brands. I miss the older larger location and some of the prices have gone up since then, perhaps just because they have to be pickier on what they stock based on the space.
I had a genuinely disappointing experience today. As someone new to town who loves consignment shopping, I added Encore Alexandria to my list of stops. At first, I thought I was having a normal shopping experience, trying on clothes, when I overheard an employee and a seemingly regular customer discussing me. Sarah the owner is very nice and easy to work with. I consigned a few LV bags here. Highly recommended Encore Consignment.
I love this consignment shop and have bought several items from here. They have best quality consignment clothing, and shoes in the entire DMV area. Plus, Jennifer knows fashion and designers, treats her customers really well, doesn't discriminate, and has a positive attitude.
Love this place. Excellent selection (seriously), very good prices, and a very honest owner with superb customer service. And sometimes, you may even run into local celebs :)
