I hit the jackpot! This store is wonderful. I love the customer service and the quality of the items they sell. I found some really great treasures - and the owners were able to get me discounts on most of the things I bought
I absolutely love visiting Encore! They have a beautiful selection of high-end clothing and some of my most treasured pieces are from here. Jen and the entire staff are amazing. I usually come to the store with my 3- and 1-year old (which as you can imagine at a fancy boutique can be risky), and they help to entertain the kids so I can have an enjoyable shopping experience. If you are visiting Alexandria and are passionate about clothing and appreciate high-end fashion, a stop by Encore is a must!
what a gem and the employees know their brands. I miss the older larger location and some of the prices have gone up since then, perhaps just because they have to be pickier on what they stock based on the space.
I had a genuinely disappointing experience today. As someone new to town who loves consignment shopping, I added Encore Alexandria to my list of stops. At first, I thought I was having a normal shopping experience, trying on clothes, when I overheard an employee and a seemingly regular customer discussing me.
