John and staff have been our only commercial real estate firm for the past 15 years. They have helped us negotiate multiple leases and tenant improvements and our permanent commercial office purchase and build out. Subsequently they then helped us find and negotiate a tenant lease. They work hard, are honest and knowledgeable and wouldn't use another firm.

I worked at encon for two months and had a very bad experience.The owner of this company expects for you to work the weekends and not get paid for it .My work shift begun at 5am and I didn’t get home till 8pm .
