I was very impressed with how Kaitlyn at Encompass completed everything within a short 16 days! She explained everything I asked about and more. What a great stress free experience!
Terrible experience. Forms were overlooked or forgotten and we needed to sign them post closing. They neglected to deduct - and send - the broker's fee, requiring us send a check back to them. The latest addendum was signed 3 weeks after the closing date. We were charged a $5 "courier fee" but have no idea who walked the paper down the hallway to earn it.
ALL WAS EASY WITH SUPER REALESTATE PROFESSIONAL , MARLA ALBERTS . THE ONLY COMPLAINT , ON THE SETTLEMENT CHECK ,THE ADDRESS WAS NOT CORRECT. I LET IT SLIDE , AS THE BANK DIDNT NOTICE AND ALL WAS ACCEPTED.
Nicole is outstanding. There were a couple of hiccups along the way and Nicole was patient and provided timely, patient and informed guidance. I highly recommend Nicole.
Kaitlyn and Cheryl were great people to work with. Answered any questions we had and helped us guide our clients through the transaction. Great team! They are always there to help with any questions.
