I can’t say enough good things about this company. I love Encompass Property Group. I worked in property management for years so I know the ins and outs of how things are supposed to be done. Encompass has some of the best hard working employees. When there have been issues like my AC going out, microwave crapping out, or even just needing a new furnace filter, this team is quick to help and very friendly. They were quick to respond if I ever had a need, went above and beyond to help me find a place that fit my needs/wants and made the application process/move in process go flawlessly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live and wanting a company whose management team will support you and take care of things in a swift/efficient manner.
Money hungry, non responsive owners, who do not take care of the property they own. Our basement storage units were broken into and items were stolen, the owner only asked about the damage to his property, and did absolutely nothing to prevent that from happening again in the future. The light in our parking lot was out for months, I told them about it after a month and they said they would fix.
