These are the nicest, most helpful people I’ve rented from in almost 3 decades of renting. Seriously. Highly recommend.
These guys helped me out a lot when the previous property management company that owned my building left me in a fiasco with the gas bill. They saw my situation and chose to be generous. I never would’ve expected a property management company to do that. Also, communicating with them is very easy. I’ll go ahead and recommend renting with them because “so far, so good” as they say.
Had to pay application fee, prior to being told what the tenant requirements were. Just to be immediately denied.
Your rent will increase every opportunity they get, and absolutely no improvements (even safety concerns) will be addressed by management. There is no communication. The maintenance team is a joke. In my experience, they have either never shown up, showed up and didn’t fix the problem, or they have left the doors to my home open and unlocked.
