If you’re looking for a primary care to avoid going to the ER or urgent care, look somewhere else. To establish care I had to wait for 3 weeks before getting my first appointment. The staff and physician were friendly IN PERSON (can’t say the same when speaking to them over the phone) but they forgot to call in my prescription and that issue was never resolved. Dr Shadrach Smith is amazing. I have been Dr Smith's patient for over a decade. During that time I have lost 100 lbs through his treatment and care. He listens and takes great notes. He makes you accountable to your goals no matter how long it takes to achieve them. I feel so comfortable with Dr Smith I consider him my primary care physician and part time therapist. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the billing department at Emcompass leaves alot to be desired. I have tried for a year now to have them bill the approp... read more
