Dawn Childs, FNP-BC is amazing. My Dr that I have been seeing at encompass for many years retired. So I scheduled an appointment with Dawn Childs. She is very thorough and addressed every issue I had plus new ones she identified. She had a plan in place to address these issues before I left the appointment. Looks like I didn’t need to look long and hard for a replacement. I strongly recommend her to everyone, especially veterans. She has an insight to the emotional and mental aspects of our health. Simply amazing.
It seems that, in order to keep prescriptions being filled, I have to make an appointment to see my doctor every six months. Every six months. Be warned. It’s so expensive and unnecessary.
Support Staff/ Phone Staff is TRASH!! I called for a serious matter, tells me I have to pay $1000 to get an appointment!! Says I had a collection from 13 years ago that I never heard about until she told me over the phone!! Turns out this collection wasn’t even mine!!!
The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Muro is so knowledgeable and has a great manner of listening and answering questions. I will never see another physician. Dr Muro is GREAT!
