Friendly front staff when you walk, lobby is clean, wait time was not long at all. My nurse was professional and just love seeing my nurse practitioner Neider, she’s always thorough and answers any and all questions.

This customer service is terrible! I had a horrible experience on the phone when I was trying to book and check in. The lady clearly didn’t want to help me because she was so rude that I wasn’t there 15 minutes early when it was finally my appointment day. I’m a 30-year-old man, thank you, but when you say a time I can arrive at that time, I can’t arrive early if u don’t tell me Lmao! I found an amazing place at College Park Stanley in Overland Park.
