This was my first home buying experience and it could not have gone any better! Jeff Shealey and his team were great! Never had any problem throughout the whole process! Jeff and team were always there and available with any questions I had. They made everything so simple and as this was my first home buying experience I loved that! It went so seamlessly and I couldn’t imagine having any one else as my lender! Will always recommend Jeff and his team!! Excellent!

If you are looking for a seamless home loan process, Luis is the man!! Luis made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process! He explained everything from start to finish and pretty much held our hands which is something I desperately wanted during this uncharted territory. Cary Tennis was great. Unfortunately, due to some whacky circumstances/incentives that were added by my builder's preferred lender, I was not able to go with her for my loan, but she was assuredly one of the nicest and most responsive folks I have ever dealt with. She was very competitive and if the builder's lender didn't have this Crazy-Eddie offer, I would have definitely gone with her and Encompass. I would highly recommend Cary to anyone looking for a loan.
It was a great experience working with Encompass, Chris and Kelci were very helpful on walking my wife and I thru the home buying process, Thanks to them we now have to home of our dreams.
