2024: When I first arrived to ENCOMPASS a year ago, it was after my spinal surgery that left me paralyzed from the chest down. From independent to dependent in a matter of two days was something I had to get use to. I tried not to feel down about my situation. Arriving at ENCOMPASS made my journey that much easier. Overall, after a complicated revision hip surgery, I had a pleasant and successful stay at Encompass. With one big caveat. Yes, the food was pretty good. And the room/bathroom, nurses, nurse assistants, PT and OT staffs were excellent. Notably, Chitty (nurse), Justin K (PT), Chasity (nurse assistant), and Dr Ta were exceptional. I have debated whether to rate Encompass at all, but I want to recognize the “good” and caution about the “bad”. My husband, Daryl was Admitted to encompass rehabilitation center after the sixth surgery on his back due to a fall off a ladder. We were very pleased with the care That he was given, especially the intensive physical therapy that he Needed and wanted. He is desperate to get back to some sort of normality and function, and the Caregiver and physical physical therapy Folks were awesome
