Encompass is unlike any other gym. If you’re new to fitness or someone who has been in it for a while- I highly recommend giving these classes a try! I’m constantly humbled by the workouts. The coaches are all very motivating, kind, and helpful. Brady even ran a class with just me tonight- no other place would do that! Give it a try!
I love Encompass. I do the online class which is always fun and available by replay if you can not make it.
Love it! Awesome coaches and patrons. Everyone has been very welcoming and encouraging. Workouts are never repetitive. Great way to spend 45 minutes!
Was very nervous to start but Alex was very encouraging and supportive. Also I have signed up with my daughters and it has become a great bonding tool for us.
