Jeff sent me a quote, accepted and scheduled work. Day of, "crew can't make it today, we'll do it next week." No communication since, despite multiple attempts. How business's survive under this model is beyond me. Thank you for the COMPLETE waste of time Jeff
Jeff and his team were quick from my first call to the finished product! They replaced my old screen on my large lanai with Noseeum mesh, replaced the old rusty bolts and replaced the hardware on the storm door. Their work is excellent! Finished the job in about 2 hours. Cost $550.00. I highly recommend Encompass Enclosures!
Jeff and his crew have done repairs on my old enclosure and I was 100% happy so when hurricane Ian forced me to install a new one I called. They built my new enclosure while I was away. When I returned I was completely taken back. My enclosure more than exceeded my expectations. It is Absolutly amazing. I went with bronze and upgraded the screen. I would recommend them 10000 times over.
Great company. Jeff told me upfront that his backlog was 8-10 months. They arrived 8 months after contract signing and it was all well worth the wait. I was a contractor in the NE for 40 yrs and can say their installation of my rather large “Grand View” pool enclosure was, as near as I can tell…. Perfect. Wonderful, hard-working and talented crew, great communication throughout, and we are thrilled with the final product.
Jeff and his team did a great job, kept the surrounding clean and cut the bushes to get better access to the screen, we had to wait a few month for his availability, but the job looks great! Highly recommended!
