Dr. Brian is super customer-focused and does exactly what you want. As far as I can tell, he's upfront about everything and keeps you from getting surprised. The staff is also very welcoming. Not to mention, Brian's also got a steady hand and really takes the pain out of going to the dentist. I had multiple cavities filled by him, and he showed genuine talent with the shape and shading of the fillings and made absolutely sure that I was 100% satisfied with how they felt afterward. We love Dr. Brian. The office we go to is conveniently located in Westerville. Very clean, comfortable office with lots of natural light. They have water, coffee & healthy snacks on hand. Both Dr. Brian and his staff are incredibly kind, patient and very easy to communicate and work with. He is incredibly transparent about billing. If you have been looking for a dental practice that treats you with respect, understanding and eases your anxiety, this is the place. Encompass Dental Studio is a Five Star Dental practice
