Ms. Victoria Ross is an employee here and that should tell you ALL you need to know about this facility. Instead of handling a (valid) complaint with grace and professionalism, she instead lashed out and acted like a teenager throwing a tantrum on Facebook. Looking for good, positive role models when it comes to mental health (you know, the bare minimum that should be expected when you work for a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY?)? Keep looking, because you won't find it here!

My kids first appointment was today and I have to say, I was really happy with the service my kids received. The therapist was super helpful and professional. I'm thankful that our doctor recommended this place. Keep up the awesome work and keep making a difference in people's lives because it's truly important.

I do not recommend this place. We were there to get my child tested for ADHD AND ADD and she is 5 and in the state of Georgia that is the age that you can officially get your child tested. No we were not putting her on meds but we needed to get the diagnosis papers for the school to start a 504 plan to get her the accommodation that she needs. I called her primary care doctor today to get sent elsewhere and her primary doctor kept questioning why they wouldn’t test her and of course I told her everything this lady told me. W... read more

Everytime I try to call it doesn't connect but goes straight to a message that says there isn't a voicemail set up yet and try the call again later. That's been happening for some days now. I paid $50 to get documents but when I took off work and drove 2 hrs total to get them all of a sudden noe it's realized that I somehow owe $800 for the visits that weren't being covered by my insurance. I need a refund and it shouldn't take me taking off work and driving another total of 2 hrs just to try and request it.
