So much negative..I really don't want to do it again. "Just go elsewhere..seriously." The secretary is precious..that's it.
One heart stables truly changed our lives. My daughters and I have both work the equine therapy program with Krista and Melissa, and they have both been a blessing.
I found this agency to be extremely indifferent to actually helping people. The counselors I have had to interact with ignore what you say and argue that they are helping even though the refuse to address the actual issues. In response to the owners: The counselors continue to ignore the issues, making themselves unavailable, refusing to talk with me about what is going on. I fail to see how they are making any effort to do better. My rating stands.
