Upper management staff are terrible. They do not listen to families or try to understand what we really need.

My 4 yr old benefits from going there. She's been with Holly for 6 months now and she loves playing here. She talks more and plays more with other kids. The only reason that I give it 4 star is because the cancellation policy is ridiculous. It requires a 24h cancelation without excuse unless rescheduling to same week or switching to telehealth. My daughter has been coming to see Autumn (FT) and Holly (OT) for the past year. She definitely sees her therapy sessions as more fun than therapeutic but, I mean, isn't that what we want for our kids? Both Holly & Autumn have been a great fit for her and communicate in detail what they did during each session as well as give doable homework tasks to help her with her struggles. The counselors here are top notch. More than any other place we've been they seem to truly care about our kids, they cater their development plans specifically to their needs, and they're just plain nice people.
