I went there for the first time March 4th, he had several cancelations so I was able to book last minute. I was having a lot of trouble with my back, hip and shoulder. After my massage he told me to be sure to stay well hydrated and I would likely be sore, go home and rest. He was very thorough, extremely professional and I was absolutely happy with the results.
