The inmates are running the asylum here. In this case the inmates are the staff (Luanzza and Receptionist Debby). They are incapable of of communicating clear instructions. They violate privacy by having others listen in on calls (Jericha) and seem to be the only medical facility that cannot send an invoice or bill. The Physical Therapist (Willa) was wonderful. It is too bad she has to work here.

Evidently the leadership of this rehab has changed since 2009 and according to web site, the new leadership is not recorded. My husband was a patient for 16 nights and I stayed there almost continuously. While I felt the PT department did a good job, the nursing care lacked substantially in compassion, enthusiasm for their job and concern for the patients wellbeing. the entire therapy team is wonderful. very caring and patient. i would recommend reliant for any one who is need of physical therapy.
