During the initial tour, management presents enticing incentives—such as complimentary weeks of rent and exceptional service—creating the impression of a well-run community. Do not fall for the illusion—this place is a disaster. When I first moved in, I was excited and truly believed I had found the perfect place—peaceful, stress-free, and beautiful. However, I quickly realized that everything they promise is just a sales tactic. The leasing team is warm and welcoming at first, offering free weeks and incentives, but it’s all a trap. After looking at several different Apartments in South County I settled on Enclave Town Center. I chose the Enclave because of the location, the amenities, and because of my Leasing Agent Theresa. Her dedication to help me find the best apartment to suit my needs as well as her relentless help with the corporate office getting questions answered after I was approved. She was a pleasure to work with through the process. I’m looking forward to my stay there after I move in.
Theresa and Maria were very helpful and understanding. They made the move in process stress free, Theresa worked with my schedule and was very patient. She is very professional and makes sure she does everything right. I felt very welcomed and safe. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. God bless you all
Honestly I am not the type of person to leave a review but I am going out of my way for this apartment complex. To start off, I was one of the first residents to live here so I experienced all of the little annoying things that came with new construction residential buildings. Besides this, living here was pretty good. However, it is extremely hard to get in contact with the leasing office and they are horrible at answering emails.
