I have been staying at the Enclave Town Center for a few weeks now and I love it! The amenities are excellent such as the pool, gym, and sports lounge. The area is also great as it’s located near all types of stores to shop for necessities. The units have air conditioning, a washer and dryer inside. I have not moved in or even applied yet, but Teresa I believe was her name is amazing! So sweet and patient, took her time to explain to me the features and amenities and emailed information she promised right away. This was the best customer service I’ve had so far as I’ve been searching for a new home in the area. She made me feel wanted there and listened to with all my questions! Theresa, Maria and Jennifer at the front are all amazing and can help you with anything and answer all and any questions you may have. Ask for Theresa if you come into this beautiful property.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. While the property itself appears well-maintained, the management and their approach to billing is where things fall apart. After fully cleaning the apartment (without the requested move-out cleaning guidelines), but before turning the keys in, I requested a final walk through. Been living at Enclave Town Center for about 10 months and couldn’t be any happier. Everyone has been so helpful, from the leasing office team to the maintenance team, but my biggest shoutout goes to Theresa. She gave me the initial tour around the complex and processed everything in a timely manner to move into my unit only a few days later. She’s always so willing to go the extra mile to help and has a great personality! This is a great place to live.
