We are first time customers and have had a wonderful experience working with Enclave to obtain a pontoon first for two day, and then to extend it with another available pontoon for three additional days. Carly in the office, Scott with a last minute change in plans, and Nate who handled the deliveries and pickups, all provided an unexpected and top notch level of service!
Enclave Dock and Lift has helped us in multiple ways! Their promptness, their expertise, their investment of time, and the authenticity of the people are all factors that make us feel they care about us! When a storm was forecasted, they found a part for our boat lift and came back that evening to fix it. As a result, the lift kept the boat safe as the waves crashed in the summer storm. Such a beautiful pontoon and so easy to operate picking it up and returning ourselves. We had the best weekend! There was plenty of seating room and the layout of the pontoon was perfect. We were able to get a solid rotation of friends, family and kids out on the water swimming and cruising all weekend long. We rented this pontoon in a pinch because our personal pontoon motor was in the shop and had family visiting from out of state. These guys do an awesome job. Great communication, great service, great pontoon, great everything!!! They showed up for the delivery when they said they would and showed up to pick it up when they said they would. Not only did their service exceed our expectations, so did the pontoon. It was large enough that eight of us had plenty of room. It was clean, modern and came with a depth finder that helped us slay the fish!!! Tell all your friends about this company, you won’t be disappointed!
Enclave Dock and Lift provided a wonderful lake experience for my family. The customer service was superior!!!! Picking up our beautiful pontoon was so easy. The pontoon was luxurious and fun and provided many days of fun on the lake. The entire experience from reserving to returning was so easy. They are very accommodating and helpful.
