When it comes to concerns, safety issues with their locks not working. Instead of Enclave/Andy, staff not using professional customer service, It is like as if they know that tenants may or may not be safe in their apartments, are not doing anything, safety, security of tenants which includes myself. Enclave recently did our buildout. Our project finished on time, and under budget. My project leads were always available and professional. We’ve been in for over a month, and they continue to check in on us to ensure everything is perfect. I am highly impressed by their integrity and attention to detail. They sincerely had higher standards than I do in regards to the finished product, and that is saying a lot.
