Good luck getting warranty requests fixed and trust me, you will have several. 2 years after buying our home we still have a list of items inside and outside our house we are trying to get resolved. Also conveniently when they start building a new neighborhood they start a new Google page, any 1 star reviews from previous neighborhoods are gone after that.
