I would highly encourage anyone considering this location to avoid at all costs. These homes are poorly built, century is useless when it comes to standing by anything. We have been waiting since December and still zero response from them. The entire community looks like garbage, weeds and dead trees everywhere with used old mattresses and appliances thrown all over the sidewalks left for months. Not even sure what the HOA is for. Nice community by century! Good location!
New review 2 years into living here. Unfortunately the cosmetic issues were just the start… bad concrete work and grading (constant algae build up from the water pooling in driveways and sidewalk), holes found in attic where water is leaking in from roof, and the builder managed common areas (not controlled by HOA yet) are still undeveloped and filled with weeds they won’t maintain. Beware when buying you will be in for a constant headache long after the warranty expires.
Century Communities is a pathetic builder. I personally experienced lot and lots of issues. One of the common issues is warranty doesn't even respond to your queries and they are very rude started right after closing. Finishing and handover is absolutely at very low standards. I never expected this from them and there are a lot many design issues. They promise to build you something and you get to see something else at the end.
If we could do it over again, we would avoid building with century at all costs. We are in the process of building in another neighborhood to get out of Enclave ASAP! Poor craftsmanship and loads of excuses for the quality of the homes. They rush through building and our experience from the start has been terrible - forced to close without shower doors, mirrors, and a punch list over a page long because they needed to hit their quarterly numbers for shareholders.
