This is one of the worst-managed communities I have experienced. The HOA is very efficient at collecting fees, but completely unprepared when it comes to resident safety. Despite knowing about a three-day winter storm, no salt was applied to the streets, creating dangerous conditions during snow and ice. When residents call to report the issue, we are told it is the responsibility of the City of Providence Village. Still building our home, but Matt has been a huge help and a very honest employee to work with which is hard to find in this business so shout out to Matt! Have found a few mishaps in construction so far but with due diligence and communication with DR Horton (via Matt) we have gotten those wrinkles mostly ironed out for now!
