Still building our home, but Matt has been a huge help and a very honest employee to work with which is hard to find in this business so shout out to Matt! Have found a few mishaps in construction so far but with due diligence and communication with DR Horton (via Matt) we have gotten those wrinkles mostly ironed out for now!
I love my home and my neighbors, but be aware that the neighborhood is still being developed. The construction workers are extremely disrespectful. They constantly speed by our house and go the opposite way on the round-about. The load trucks speed as well, and it's very unsafe having all this construction traffic. They have no regard to the community, and its sad. Traffic is getting worse out here, with no signs of improvement, so also be aware of that part.
