I love my home and my neighbors are nice, but the neighborhood is still being developed. The construction workers are extremely disrespectful. They constantly speed by our house and go the opposite way on the round-about. The load trucks speed as well, and it's very unsafe having all this construction traffic. They have no regard to the community, and its sad. Traffic is getting worse out here, with no signs of improvement. Beware, HOA is a joke here.
The entrance lane into the complex is quite narrow.
This is one of the worst-managed communities I have experienced. The HOA is very efficient at collecting fees, but completely unprepared when it comes to resident safety. Despite knowing about a three-day winter storm, no salt was applied to the streets, creating dangerous conditions during snow and ice. When residents call to report the issue, we are told it is the responsibility of the City of Providence Village.
