The staff Shirani Smith was able to provide amazing service even with a busy day I felt like all my questions were met and I would come back for inquiries if she is present.
While they cut grass on a timely schedule, they don't respond to requests in a timely manner and pet waste stations are typically over flowing. Previous home owner and us had placed tree trimming requests in and they either take over 3 months to resolve or never at all. HOA fees are about $140/mo currently.
