We happened to stop in at Enclave 3230 one day when we were looking for a new residence. We were greeted by Angel and that was all she wrote. She gave us a tour and followed up with us a few days later. It has been a couple of months now and we have zero regrets. Angel and the staff are amazing!!

Moved in at the end of May beginning of June 2021 and on the walk through of the Apartment our first day…it has white paint spray on every floor(carpet) included, the toilet in 2nd bathroom has a broken seal at the base and wobbles, paint spray on every cabinet inside and out, along with scratches, dings and dents on just about every cabinet in every room, large gaps in cabinets and baseboards in master bath, stains on baseboards and paint mishaps on walls, deep scratches in kitchen sink…that was just the walk through. Lived here for over just shy of 2 years. Have rented in several apartment complexes the last several years with great experiences and staff but needed to share some concerns to future potential renters considering this establishment. The management is very poor, and they do not respond in a timely manner, especially on the phone. When I first moved in here the A/C was broken for several weeks in the peak of Florida summers with temperatures over 95 degrees. They compensated us with $50 off our rent.
