Cindy at Encino total dentistry is amazing, she makes it effortless and I will be coming here as long as she is here. If you live anywhere near Sherman Oaks, Encino you should definitely visit for your dental care. Of course front desk staff is always cordial and overall spotlessly clean office.
Encino Dental is the worst dental office I have ever had to deal with. Their level of incompetence and lack of follow-through is unacceptable for a medical provider. I have been waiting for a treatment authorization since October 3, and it was denied twice solely due to their errors. Medical records were either incomplete or not submitted at all, and the wrong tooth number was listed on the authorization request. By far, this is the best dental office in the industry. Very professional and caring employees. The staff is amazing. Kevin, George, and Diana are very polite and make it a very relaxing visit.
Worst dental office i have to deal with. Been waiting for authorization for since october 3 and denied 2x due to their incompetence. Medical records was not provided, tooth # was wrong. Asked for the copy of the xray, they never provided it. They kept on telling me it will be emailed never received it. They told me they will call back for an update never did. I only knew it when i got the letter from insurance.
I have permanent nerve damage from the wisdom teeth removal procedure I received from Dr. B (Dr. Blinstrub) at Encino Total Dentistry. The front desk staff is wonderful. The office is very clean, but I would not recommend him for surgery.
