I worked with Hayk for mine and my groomsmen’s suits for my wedding and it was the best experience! They also did the alterations for my wife! I went in for a Wedding dress Alterations and was given a quote of $480 when I came back to give my dress they up the quote for the exact alterations nearly $300 difference in price. I told them that is why I came back and asked why the difference they said we did not go into detail about what was being done but we did that is why they gave a quote of $480 they do not remember their clients. They said sorry sent me on my way crying with no referrals. Do not come here.
I'm so happy I chose to have my wedding dress alterations done here! Susanna did an incredible job with taking my dress that was a few sizes too big and making it fit like a glove. She also went above and beyond- after I took my dress home and practiced my first dance steps in my dress, I decided I wanted to change the bustle to a different position. Encino Tailors is one of the best places if you want to get a tuxedo or suit. Not only are the options excellent, but the service, customer care, and attention to detail put this place on top. Thanks to Hayk for helping me with my suit. Definitely suggesting it.
