I don't know the name of the woman who answers the phone first, but she is very rude. This is the second time I've dealt with this pharmacy, and it will definitely be the last. The other woman who answers the phone afterward is really nice, but not the first one.
Eileen or Aileen that I spoke with today 4/14 was so rude!!!!!!! People like that should not be working in Healthcare!!!!!!! She's telling me thats not the question she asked when I told her the medication name already during my call. I was calling to reverse an order and from the moment she picked up the call she was TRYING to be smart but looks like she's not!!!!
