The technician and vet were both friendly & knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. We never felt rushed, but were seen & done so quickly! Amazing service & very reasonably priced. Great experience.
I have had some bad experiences with Vet Clinics - mostly with overcharging and vet turnover. My experience at Encino was different — every touch was professional, and specifically Riley and Dr.Wilkerson stood out as people I would want to bring my dogs back to. Thanks for being honest, affordable, and loving toward me and my pet! We will be back.
