Unethical Billing, Zero Accountability, and Unprofessional Conduct I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Encino Orthodontics and Dr. Chau demands it. My family received a written quote of $3,448 for our child’s Phase I orthodontic treatment. After we changed insurance to MetLife—which offers a higher orthodontic benefit—the office unilaterally raised the total fee by hundreds of dollars, claiming they were “required” to follow MetLife’s contracted rate. Great service and friendly staff
Dr. Chau is the best! I used to have really bad teeth and needed a lot of work and Dr. Chau and his team have been there the whole way through. Not only is Dr. Chau very knowledgeable about his field but his staff as well as Dr. Chau are so kind and friendly. Crystal at the front is the best. She is always willing to go the extra step. My smile looks amazing thanks to Dr. Chau!
