The benches in the Encino forest homeowners association are an eyesore! They were recently painted and now look like they are covered in graffiti. From a distance, it is nearly impossible to tell that they are just poorly painted. They need to be repainted in a solid color. If designs are being implemented at least ask for community input prior. Additionally, there is a huge lack of transparency with how the funds for the association are being utilized.
